Shipping policy
Standard policy
We offer a variety of shipping options within the United States. Please confirm the options and cost at checkout. We always offer USPS and UPS Ground options (please note that Ground services are not expedited). We occasionally also enable domestic expedited options (i.e. Priority, 2 day, 3 day, etc.).
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and are dependent on destination and service selected.
Choosing a shipping service
We recommend choosing only what you need for shipping. While we may offer a slightly faster shipping service (i.e. USPS Priority Mail) for customers who need it, usually the lowest cost option works just fine.
Packing and shipping your order
We pack orders as quickly as possible. For priority options, we pack and ship packages no later than the next business day. For standard shipping options (USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground), we pack and ship packages as soon as possible and typically within a couple of business days.
Please note, business days are Monday - Friday. Business days do not include federally recognized holidays in the USA or weekends.
Tracking
You will receive email updates regarding your order, including tracking information.
Carrier services
We offer USPS shipping services, and may enable UPS and FedEx services depending on the time of year. Once we pack and ship your order, shipping charges are non-refundable and wayre is not responsible for delays from the shipping carriers.
International shipping
We offer international shipping services through DHL. Available services and rates vary by destination.

Please note, wayre is not responsible for carrier delays while in transit.
Additional taxes and duties may be applicable in your country, and wayre is not responsible for any delays, taxes and duties in the recipient's country.
Shipping charges and Exchanges & Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable once we pack and ship your order. We do not refund shipping charges if your items are returned or exchanged. Please see our Exchanges & Returns page for more information.
